Option 1: Buy cheap websites, fix them up and then sell them for a profit.
Option 2: Create new websites from scratch and then sell them for a profit.

Flipping New Sites Or Established Sites
There are different types of site flipping and one area that it can be broken down into is whether to flip brand new websites or established websites.
