Although it might be a small investment, it will probably save you a lot of time and money in the long term if you get it right the first time by learning from someone that is already doing it.
3. You will need to create an account at GoDaddy or any other domain name register so that you can purchase a domain name to build your site on.
4. Once you have decided on what type of site you are going to create, then you will need to decide on a niche for your first site. There are hundreds of niches that you can choose from and I suggest starting off with something simple like dog supplies, wedding, clothing, jewelry or anything else that is going to be simple and easy for your first site.
5. You will also need a hosting account to host your websites on. For a site flipping business I would recommend using a reseller account, which you can get through Hostgator or any other good hosting company.
6. Once you have your hosting, and your domain name then you are ready to create your first site.
7. When you have created your site and it is complete and ready to be sold, then you will need to list the site for sale on a website like Ebay, Flippa or even Warrior forum.
Once you get the hang of creating website you will get into a routine and a site can be built in an hour. If you can build 3 or 4 of these sites a day, you can earn yourself an amazing income with your site flipping business.
